What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you charge sales tax on my purchase?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Kentucky, New York and North Carolina. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your checkout total and displayed with your final order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally and how much will it cost?
Yes, we ship internationally! When you place an order on our Web site and enter your address, you'll see international shipping options which will calculate the shipping costs for you.

Do I have to pay taxes or duties on my order?
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your country. Every country is different and it depends on many different factors. When ordering from chefpak.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. If you do get charged, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges and we receive the products back. We CAN refund you for the products, but we can NOT refund any shipping or return shipping fees. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

How long will it take for my international package to be delivered?

Canada Shipments:
After shipment occurs, it will take 4-14 business days to arrive, in addition to possible time spent in customs for standard shipments. If you purchased Express delivery, it will take 1-3 business days to arrive after shipment occurs.

UK Shipments:
After shipment occurs, it will take 4-14 business days to arrive, in addition to possible time spent in customs for standard shipments. If you purchased Express delivery, it will take 1-3 business days to arrive after shipment occurs.

All Other International Shipments:
After shipment occurs, it will take 2-5 business days to arrive, in addition to possible time spent in customs.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

What do I do if the item I want is out of stock?
We are very sorry that we do not have the item that you need. If you send an email to admin@chefpak.com or call 1-888-474-2825, we will let you know when your item is available for purchase. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you contact us quickly.

What if I want to return my purchase?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.(Returns must be unused, sent from the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

How do I return the CHEF PAK I received as a gift if I would like a refund?
We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please call us at 1-888-474-2825 or email admin@chefpak.com for assistance returning the item. We will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. You will have to provide the order number and the phone number, first and last name, or email address of the person who sent you the gift. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a credit for a returned gift item. However, we can definitely process a gift exchange for another available item.

What is the warranty and what does it cover?
All CHEF PAK products come with a warranty covering their intended use and will last for 90 days from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers defects with parts and the construction of the bag. The warranty does not cover damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, unintended use, accidents, or product neglect.
